If this is you

Your symptoms don't happen one at a time.
Why are you expected to understand them that way?

Maybe you have a diagnosis.

Maybe you have several and have honestly lost track of what is affecting what.

Or maybe every test keeps coming back “normal”, even though you know something still isn't right.

You've tracked it, Googled it at 2am, asked ChatGPT, tried the supplements and seen the practitioners.

And you're still left trying to connect all the dots yourself.

You don't need to arrive with a neat explanation.

DBM gives you somewhere to start with the messy version of how you actually feel.

read, don't track.

DBM helps you make sense of what you're experiencing, alongside what you've shared before and what's happening in your actual life.

How it works

Two minutes a day. Then it does the connecting.

01

Check in as you are

Tell DBM what's actually going on. Your symptoms, energy, emotions, thoughts and the daily bits and bobs that might matter.

Everything is welcome here.

Patterns
What keeps showing up
What helped you most
02

Not other people's patterns. Yours.

We link what you're feeling today to what's happened before, then tell you what's likely driving it and what might help right now. Information and insights you can actually use.

03

Real support when the symptoms are winning.

Understanding why is only half of it. You've still got to get through the actual day, so we built in useful tools and support.

YOUR PATTERNS

The more it learns, the less you have to hold in your head.

One difficult day may not tell you very much. But over time, DBM can help you see what's really going on.

Sometimes the honest answer will be that there isn't enough information to call something a pattern. That matters too.

DBM turns weeks of scattered symptoms, thoughts and experiences into a clearer picture you can actually use.

Which symptoms tend to appear together
What often changes before a difficult day
What your version of normal looks like
What has helped on similar days
What tends to make things better or worse
How your symptoms affect your everyday life
What still isn't clear yet
So you can
Explain what keeps happening more clearly
Show how it affects your everyday life
Remember what you have already tried
Ask more informed questions
Advocate for the support you need
DBM won't diagnose you. No app should. What it can do is help you understand your own experience well enough to have a better conversation about what happens next.
Advocacy and support

Stop having to explain everything from scratch.

When someone asks what has been happening, it can be almost impossible to remember.

Which symptoms came first? How often does it happen? What have you already tried? Is it linked to your cycle, sleep, stress, illness or something else entirely?

DBM helps you put what you've been experiencing into words you can share with your doctor, a practitioner or your partner.

Trust and research

Built to help, without pretending to have all the answers.

The knowledge underneath DBM is being built using published research and established frameworks across areas including cycle physiology, nervous system science and symptom patterning.

Expert review is part of how we're building the product, so the information women receive is responsible, useful and clear about its limits.

DBM will not tell you that one particular thing is definitely causing your symptoms. It will help you notice what may be connected, what keeps happening and when something feels different enough to ask for more support.

Your body data stays yours.

Your check-ins will never be sold or used to target you with advertising or supplements.

Daily Body Mastery is being built privacy-first from the beginning, because understanding your body should not mean giving up control of your information.

The mission

Women shouldn't have to become full-time detectives just to understand their own body.

Women's health has been under-researched, under-funded and dismissed for decades. Women now have more health data than ever, but they're still being left to connect all the dots themselves.

We're building Daily Body Mastery because women deserve to understand their body, feel better and get the help they actually need, without spending years, thousands of pounds and their sanity trying to figure it out alone.

The app is where we're starting.

Our bigger vision is to build the infrastructure that finally puts understanding back in women's hands, not just more data to manage.

Em, founder of Daily Body Mastery
Founder story

Hi, I'm Em.

I've spent more than a decade trying to work out which part of my health was responsible for how I felt on any given day, usually while someone told me my blood results looked fine.

After thyroid cancer, I had more information about my body than ever and somehow even less idea what any of it meant.

I'm a somatic practitioner trained in nervous system science, and I spent 17 years building and marketing technology companies before starting DBM.

I'm new to femtech. I'm not new to being this woman or building companies.

I started building Daily Body Mastery because I couldn't find anything that looked at the whole picture or helped me understand what it meant for me.

I wanted somewhere I could feel understood before being given another list of things to try.

So I started building it.
